no video and audio in android - iOS call

When android and iOS are on LTE, there is no media in the call when the client that receives the call has TURN disabled.

It is not fixed.

Scenario:

• One device is connected via LTE. This has been tested on an iOS device, but the same behavior is expected on Android.
• The other device (either a laptop or a mobile device) has TURN disabled.
• A call is placed between these two devices. There is no media in the call.

Can you provide logs both side during negotiation

I could not reproduce the issue now. I tried iOS to macOS and iOS to Android, and the media works.
