no video and audio in android - iOS call
When android and iOS are on LTE, there is no media in the call when the client that receives the call has TURN disabled.

Can you provide logs both side during negotiation
I could not reproduce the issue now. I tried iOS to macOS and iOS to Android, and the media works.
