SIP Account incorrectly shows as online when it isn't

SIP-account shows as online (green dot) even when an account has not be setup. Can the green dot please indicate when the SIP-account is actually connected to the SIP-server? Please see image below.

The account is correct and usable. This is an IP to IP account. Your ISN is VOiP compatible.
