temporaryItem: do not duplicate when searching the ringid of a contact

We should not see any duplicated contacts when:
1. Search the exact match of the RingId of a contact
2. Search ring:uri of a contact
3. Search ring:registeredName of a contact
4. Search the registered name of a contact
