      - this class allows to get accounts informations. Each account has
his own NewCallModel, ContactModel and ConversationModel.

      - getAccountList() returns a list of account ids.

      - getAccountInfo() returns informations about an account.

      - references to the NewAccountModel called parents were removed from
the constructor because account::Info& is already storing a reference
      to NewAccountModel.

This extra abstraction is no longer used or useful. It
slow down compilation and make it much harder to use the
Qt meta object system. This system is required to fix this

It was previously hardcoded and useless. It still is, but now use
the real Certificate objects with real data. The algoritm as is
cannot work with the new data sources. It will be upgraded in
further commits. This one only make it work again.

      [ #41915 ] Add partial support for a new backend managing abstraction · ab452238
      Emmanuel Lepage Vallee authored
This commit add the ability to work with item backends as an abstract group
of items (calls, contacts, bookmark, ...). Backends can be enabled, disabled
and eventually maipulated as a group. Use cases for this include features
      such as:

       * Ability to track presense on an LDAP group
       * Default incomming call action (auto answer, DnD, forward)
       * Add prefix on outgoing call
       * Disable and enable data source
       * Rename and change icon
       * Add new data sources as script such as gravatar or YellowPages

This commit make it load, it isn't useful yet, but this is a big change,
so better merge it now and slowly implement the missing calls.
