Composers of all clients should support Markdown

Users who might not be familiar with Markdown formatting can be introduced to the use of Markdown through contextual formatting options.

For inspiration, a report on the path Matrix took with Riot to realize this: https://blog.riot.im/riot-web-1-5/ Their new Markdown capable composer is called CIDER.
