Update Docker in ring-buildmachine-02.mtl.sfl
Actual version of docker does not support qemu-static (bitfmt) native and as consequence we are have a dirty hack to get it working in Docker 17 (please read ARM)
We know it works in Docker version 19.03.3, build a872fc2f86 in a Debian 10 machine.
Is important to be capable to have a plan to test if the version change brakes any build and to be capable to roll back if somethings goes wrong.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
