Bump Jami in Debian (unstable) to current latest version

added Debian label

I'm inclined to remove this from iterations, because it depends on outside factors beyond my control which could thwart any time estimate I come up with.

Not quite . That's the one we build and distribute on dl.jami.net. The one in Debian's own unstable repo (https://packages.debian.org/sid/jami) is from about a year ago:
