AudioFIlter: jenkins publish build

We need a different ffmpeg configuration build than the one in daemon contribs. For windows, we also need static ffmpeg libraries against shared ones from daemon.

The patch created introduces a ffmpeg rebuild step to linux and android. For windows, configuration files should be copied to daemon/contrib/src/ before proceeding with the plugin build. For windows, this patch also builds static ffmpeg libraries against shared ones from daemon. Furthermore, this patch performs android armeabi build fix.
