Access via Android not possible

Good evening, I have installed Jami under Ubuntu 18.04 and have already successfully done a video chat. Now I wanted to use the same access with my Android Smartphone. Therefore, I downloaded and installed the app from the F-Droid Store. Now I generated a PIN via the desktop app by clicking "Connect new device" and entering the password. I entered the password and PIN in the Android app of my smartphone. After each attempt I get the following error message.

Account cannot be found in the Jami network. Make sure that it was exported from an already configured device and that the access data you entered is correct.

I have verified that the PIN and password are correct.

I don't know what is wrong and ask for help.

Many greetings
