Restore ID

I don't know if this goes against your security threat model but I would like to have to ability to backup and restore the ID.

In case of a new install we can contact them again if we connected them to the addressbook contacts but they cant contact us until we initiated first contact.

As I said I am not shure if this goes against the idea of Ring but it would be pleasant.
