Installation instructions `ring` to `ring-all`

  1. https://ring.cx/en/download/gnu-linux
    For:
    Ubuntu 16.04
    Change:
    sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install ring
    to:
    sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install ring-all

  2. Do the other drop-downs need updating too?

  3. When Linux Mint 18.3 updated Ring, it disappeared. Following the instructions with the change listed above solved this. Does another ticket need to be created for this?
