Android: can't connect to SIP provider

I would like to use https://ring.cx/en on an Sony Xperia but cannot
connect to https://www.diamondcard.us.
I can use Ring on a desktop, to make calls with connect to
https://www.diamondcard.us., but am not able to connect via android.
Do you have any advice?
For the account set up I gave the following details:
Account Name: Martin
Hostname: diamondcard.us
Username: \*\*I used the same as for ring on the desktop\*\*
Password: \*\*I used the same as for ring on the desktop\*\*
Proxy: sip.diamondcard.us
User Agent: Ring/2.3.0
after Ring is trying to connect to diamondcard following messages were
given.
\*an '!' in a red dot
\*diamondc...R\_HOST
Wtih the Hostname as:'sip.diamondcard.us', then the following Message:
\*sip.diamon...GENERIC
