[Android] Ringtones do not work

Option is offered in account settings to setup your own ringtone for each account, but this option do not work on Android.

First issue, Ringtones toggle is enabled but you can't choose a file, it is greyed out. You have to switch off the toggle, and back on to be able to select a file

When you have selected a file, you can't switch back to the default ringtone (packaged in ring, default.wav and konga.ul)

Not sure what happens if the file is deleted

Also I think mp3 files are not playable by the daemon, user should not be able to select one (we use the sndfile library in the daemon to play audio files, and it does not support mp3 afaik)
