How to recompile Android NDK C++ source without recompiling everything after modifying videomanager.i

I have compiled previously with:
./compile.sh Then I've modified the source of videomanager.i and tried:
./compile.sh again to recompile. But my changes were not taken into account.
The only thing that worked was to clean up everything and rebuild.
