[Enhancement] Guide or otherwise suggest people make a backup after creating account

For certain critical features it makes sense to highlight them to the user so they're aware. Currently the Android app does not warn people to make a backup after creating their account. The app should make users aware of this.

I'm speaking from personal experience as someone who accidentally installed Jami from the Play store, realized I should have done it via F-droid, and lost my alias as a result of uninstalling w/o backing up because I thought I just needed a password to restore.
