jams - request re-authentifaction when certificate expires

When certificate expires, user should be invited to enter the password to re-authenticate to jami.

  1. When certificate expires, display a system notification: "Your Jami account has been disconnected. Click to re-authenticate."

  2. Remove notif in app (migration required) and display the authentication screen when user selects the expired account or click on the system notification: --> Authentication required. Please enter your password to reactivate your account.
