different video resolutions: video lag

Video call (Android): If two users use different video resolutions audio and video are out of sync. (the the delay is 5 seconds) For example: (settings: video resolution) Person 1: video resolution 720p Person 2: video resolution 1080p

All persons have to change the video resolution to for example 720p AND restart Jami.

Jami Android Version 20220121-01 (Mate 20 Pro; EMUI 11) <-> Jami Android Version 20210521-01 (Odys Notetab Pro; Oreo 8.1)

If I set the resolution of the Notetab Pro to 1080p (hardware accelerated encoding is enabled) I get a video lag.

However seems there's no video lag if I set the values to:

Mate 20 Pro (1080p, even 4K seems no issue)

Odys Notetab Pro (720p)

Just reproduced: Nearly no lag if I set just the video resolution of the tablet to 720p.
