Support Conference Calls

On the android client, there is no way to create a video conference even if the code is ready for the daemon and available on desktop clients.

@aberaud Shouldn't the issue title show where we're going? My suggestion -> "Support Conference Calls" There are currently several platforms with Android, iOS, macOS and Windows that do not yet support conferencing. When do you or someone else in your team have resources to work on this?
