Outgoing call sometimes not working

Starting in the morning incoming and outgoing calls are working. After a couple hours working suddenly the ability to place an outgoing call disappears. Incoming is still working.

On the asterisk/FreePBX system I cannot even see the call attempt in the logfiles.

How can I log jami SIP locally?
