Allow sending a message before making a call on GNOME client

Issue generated from Tuleap's migration script. Originally submitted by: Ciro Santilli (cirosantilli)

Seems impossible currently.

When I paste the ring ID on the top left corner text field, if I either hit enter, or click one of the drop-down suggestions, it goes for the call directly.

It should instead open the same screen as when you click on a left hand item of the "Conversations" tab.

This is already possible on the Android version.
