stuck at "account migration required"

* Environment:

Debian 4.9.30-2+deb9u2, ring 20170720.1.f450dea~dfsg1-1

* Reproduce steps:

When I run it, I get the screen to migrate my account. However, I forgot the password and I can't figure out how to proceed.

* Expected result:

It should let me start over with a fresh account.
