GNOME: add sys tray icon
Issue generated from Tuleap's migration script. Originally submitted by: Ciro Santilli (cirosantilli)
By default, when you close the GNOME client window, the window disappears, and there is no system tray icon.
But ps aux | grep ring
tells us that the GNOME client and daemon are in fact still running.
See that this is useful since it allows you to receive calls, but it is confusing for most users, who expect that programs without any GUI indicator showing to be really killed.
This behaviour is controlled by the "Hide ring on close instead of quitting" general setting, which if off, kills the process completely when the window gets closed.
Instead we should:
- make "Hide ring on close instead of quitting" off by default
- add a new option "Minimize to system tray when quitting" and make that the default instead
