Can't see account combobox when creating a new SIP account

Information

Gnome current master.

Reproduce step

  1. Open Ring
  2. Add a new SIP account
  3. The combobox disappears, so you cannot change to another account or create a new one, you have to relaunch the client

Expected

The combobox should always be displayed
