Wrong plural formula for Czech
While looking upon plurals in Weblate, I've noticed that Ring is using invalid plural formula for Czech:
https://git.ring.cx/savoirfairelinux/ring-client-gnome/blob/master/po/cs_CZ.po#L22
Not sure where it comes from as the commit just says "i18n: automatic bump": https://git.ring.cx/savoirfairelinux/ring-client-gnome/commit/ec3dd1d13f6130389731d209515b42da7de51050
Anyway current formula is wrong, because it never ever evaluates to 2:
nplurals=4; plural=(n == 1 && n % 1 == 0) ? 0 : (n >= 2 && n <= 4 && n % 1 == 0) ? 1: (n % 1 != 0 ) ? 2 : 3
The problematic part is n % 1
as this expression always evaluates to 0. Not sure what the original intention was here, as the whole formula is pretty confusing.
