Insert generated avatars into the chatview

Currently the avatar generated client side (when the contact does not have any avatar) doesn't appear in the chatview. The base 64 encoded image should be inserted in the chatview via setSenderImage()

@sblin for multiscreen text from one person and many audio calls, should the avatar show at the top of the screen?

Should avatars be on both sides of the Outgoing call, Incoming call, Missed outgoing call?

I think the interface will certainly change with group chats, so I will let this as it is. And the whole calls messages should be grouped.
