Cannot enter ring password to link device

A detailed description of the bug. Use following fields for description field:
* Reproduce steps:
Open preference panel.
Click Accounts tab.
Click any registered account.
Click Devices tab.
Click "Link another device to this account" button.
* Expected result:
Popup box to enter password should contain text entry field.
* Actual result:
Popup box to enter password does not contain text entry field but rather contains static text which isn't editable.
