Software crashes on Video settings

OS Details: Windows 10 64 bit
Ring version: 20160822
Steps to reproduce crash:
Click on settings icon->Go to video tab
Application crashes. Everytime.
It appears to be trying to contact the webcam on my laptop, I can see the LED light up. However, it crashes before anything actually happens.
