This commit mutualizes resources for audio and video.
Some components have been renamed:
   - Video{Encoder, DECODER} to Media{Encoder, Decoder}
   - VideoIOHandle to MediaIOHandle (new component)

This patch have the side effect to refactor audio
and video related parts by moving them into media
sub-directory and making libav common parts
undependent of video.
This patch permits to disable video without
loosing libav support on audio.

Add also auto-start on local camera at any video capable call.
Fix VideoGenerator class.

Note: bliting function works only with YUV420 planar pixel format.

- Implement VideoSource and VideoGenerator classes to help VideoMixer class creation
- VideoMixe class started (not functionnal yet).
- VideoSendThread uses VideoSource API.
- VideDecoder implements VideoGenerator.
- VideoPreview and VideoMixer implement VideoSource.

- fix also some Copyright dates.

Since the client is compiled with a C compiler, these served no purpose.

Also added whitespace checking pre-commit hook when autogen.sh is called.
