Remove account's data securely

Seems like ring-daemon doesn't clear account's files before deletion from a filesystem. It can be dangerous, because allows to recover them from a hard drive. I think these files should be rewritten with zeros before deletion.

Just to mention that current implementation doesn't work on SSDs. As I know there are no methods to securely erase a file on an SSD without vendor-specific utilities.
