LRC: possible for account id to not be saved in profile vcard

Issue generated from Tuleap's migration script. Originally submitted by: Stepan Salenikovich (ssalenik)

When a new account is created, it is added to a profile in the profile model immediately and that profile is then saved, ie: the account id is added to the profile vCard. However, during account creation, the account id is not available immediately, it is actually empty when the profile model saves the profile.

This hasn't been an issue because most clients modify explicitly call save on the profile after the account id is set. If this is not done, however, it won't be saved to the vcard. The account should either only be added to the profile/profile model once the id is set, or it should re-save the vcard once the id is added (or changes).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
