They can't hear me when calling through sip.alice-voip.de

My telephone provider ( O2, a subsidiary of Telefonica ) provides me with a SIP account in place of a landline. I am able to connect to this account using Jami. But when I place a call to a mobile phone ( my own ), sound only goes in one direction. That is to say, sound makes it fine to Jami, but the sound I send from Jami does not make it to the mobile phone. I have attempted to use both Pulseaudio and ALSA. I am able to make calls with sound in both directions using this account with Twinkle ( though, Twinkle has other limitations ). The latest version I have tested is the one built on 2020-07-15 18:51:42 UTC. Sound seems to work normally using another SIP account ( I have tested Ansitel ).
