share screen and webcam at the same time

It is possible to share your screen during a video call (Android, Windows etc.).

But is it possible to share your screen AND webcam at the same time (without using external software- for example OBS Studio)? So you can drag the the webcam anywhere you want on the shared screen and/or resize the webcam?
