Question: frame rate of the screen share

all OS that support screen sharing:
What is the frame rate of the screen share (entire screen and only a section; Windows 10)? Is it the the same frame rate of the current Webcam? If you change your webcam (30 fps HD to 60 fps 4k) will the resolution / fps also be changed during a video call?
Can you change the minimum or maximum number of fps? Example: https://www.technipages.com/zoom-limit-framerate-sharing-screen If no can this be changed in future versions of Jami?
What about android?
