[web] Having a unique URL for packages download

Packages are dl on ring.cx using nightly.XXX.ring.cx where XXX is apt or yum.
These causes some SSL issues when connecting on HTTPS.
There are no reasons to continue with various URL like this. This ticket proposes to use only one form (XXX.ring.cx), compliant with our SSL certificate (for URL in *.ring.cx form)
