Create Samsung TV app

Issue generated from Tuleap's migration script. Originally submitted by: Ciro Santilli (cirosantilli)

The first step is of course to find out which OS does it runs.

If not Android, the answer is very likely: we won't have the resources in the near future (and I bet Android will overcome all other TV OSes later on :-))

This suggests it is Tizen: http://www.cnet.com/news/samsung-tizen-os-will-power-our-smart-tvs-in-2015/

Tizen is Linux + GNU C based, and wiki says it runs GTK apps... so maybe a port wouldn't be impossible.
