Ring Proxy/ bouncer for Unstable connections.

Ring has got a dht proxy recently for mobile devices. Lacking a bouncer still provides a problem.

For those using irc from mobile devices using bouncer is common. The fact that you might be in a area that the network coverage is bad and the signal is broke up using a bouncer does not stop you from having a successful conversation.
Of course the bouncer could be used as a message mailbox. Yes the messages most likely would have to be decoded at the bouncer and re-encrypted to go to the client with unstable connection because one of the other advantages of a irc bouncer is 1 client dies due to flat battery you power on another phone and you are able to pick up where conversation dropped off.
Of course to make this effective a bouncer would also need the means to the information to connect to the clients who should be receiving the message that are on unstable connections without the informing the rest of the ring network that these clients are able to receive messages. Why clients attempting to connect to clients currently with unstable network connection can be binding up the network without need when a bouncer is deployed. So a bouncer could reduce noise in the network.
I do suspect that bouncer will add too much lag to effective run voice or video. But text alone getting through is still quite useful.
