Feature request: OpenAlias

Hi, and thanks for the amazing Jami! I'd like to suggest supporting OpenAlias as one way of creating easy-to-remember aliases. If you lose your Jami account, you can create a new one and point your OpenAlias to the new account, so your contacts don't need to do anything. It's also easy to communicate to others (e.g., johndoe.com). In short, the alias is tied to a domain so you have control over the alias as long as you control the domain- More information can be found here: https://openalias.org/

One significant project using OpenAlias is a privacy-focused cryptocurrency Monero: https://www.getmonero.org/resources/moneropedia/openalias.html

Also, Bitcoin client Electrum has support for it. Just to name some examples.
