* update build system to use LLVM/Clang for contrib/daemon/JNI
  compilation
* unify build system between daemon and JNI modules
* requires Android NDK r12b+ (build machine)
* uses clang 3.8, links with static stdc++

Reuse the submodule synchronization now that we have it.

Remove the need to git fetch when you already have the daemon,
so it works even if you have no network.
