useless buttons

using Jami Android (beta, Version 20211202-01) Mate 20 Pro (EMUI 11)

If I tap on of these buttons nothing happens (portrait mode / landscape mode)

If you tap the mute button also nothing happens (although the mute button seems to be selected)

Just one button (blue arrow) works (?) if it should end a call.
