Sending Files [Windows 10 (/ Android Emulator) -> Android] does not work

using Jami Windows 10 Version 202112221635 (no beta version) and Jami Android (Version, 20211210-01 beta)
(same account both devices, using your own account from the contact list (all Jami accounts in the contact list were deleted and added again so you have "Is swarm: True") )
I have no issues if I send a file from Android to PC.
However - As soon as I try to send a file from PC to Android I just get the message "Wait for contact" - I never receive the file even if I restart both apps (Windows 10 and Android).
Link items together to show that they're related or that one is blocking others.
