Jami doesn't show any notification for incoming calls on TV

When a call or videocall is incoming, I only hear the ringtone but no notification appears and when I open the app, the call gets disconnected immediately.

This happens on Android 11 whether on the Android TV UI or the Google TV UI.

I recently purchased the Google TV streamer and in case you didn't know, Android 14 for TV introduces a notification banner for incoming calls and videocalls, I've seen it working with Google Meet but Jami still doesn't support it, therefore, Jami needs:

1. A non-obtrusive notification for Android 12 for TV and earlier versions.

2. Support for the new notification banner on Android 14 for TV.

This is an example on how the new notification feature works on Android 14:

Yeah!, about the second screenshot, after we click on the banner, on Jami should be the same screen that appears when there is an incoming call/videocall so all you have to do is to implement support for the banner.
