Unified Push: 2nd account has to be active for 1st account to receive notifications.

Steps to reproduce
- Can you reproduce the bug: at will
- Steps:
- I have 2 accounts: D on my desktop and an account A on my smartphone.
- D is copied to my smartphone.
- I have installed ntfy.
- I have activated Unified Push on Android and deactivated constant background notification.
- I send messages from desktop with account D to account A
- Actual result:
- If account D is enabled on my smartphone, Jami Android receives the messages from desktop.
- If account D is disables on my smartphone, Jami Android only receives the messages from desktop if I open the Jami app and wait for 5-15 second.
- Expected result:
- Unified Push is working with account A enabled on my smartphone even if account D is disabled on my smartphone. Unified Push for one account should not depend on any other account on the same device.
