Steps to reproduce

• Can you reproduce the bug: at will
• Steps:
  1. Start a call (with camera).
  2. Change your camera's side.
• Actual result: Your camera side changes, but your peer's camera preview is also disabled for a few seconds.

Related part in the daemon is SIPCall::isNewIceMediaRequired as it will re-trigger a new ICE negotiation due to media changes.

This should not be necessary because we keep the same number of media here. The related condition is there:
