I had a lot of issues on this ticket.

The principal one was I failed to start an emulator inside a docker as non root user. I have elaborate here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/78380850/segmentation-fault-for-android-emulator-inside-a-docker-as-non-root-user

That's why I had to do weird things in the Jenkinsfile switching users:
