account is not removed until applications is restarted

Steps to reproduce

• Steps:
  1. Remove account
• Actual result: Account removed
• Expected result: Account removed after restarting Jami

Additional information

I think I've reproduced a similiar issue and Jami was stuck at "Downloading conversation from peer"

EDIT: Do you mean one account in the contact list? I reproduced: jami-project#1594 (moved)
