Refactor settings in android client

• Refactor the app settings menu into groups
• Update background colors and shapes for RelativeLayouts in app settings.
• Apply rounded background design for improved aesthetics.
• Customize MaterialSwitch styling with new thumb and track tint colors.
• Refined fonts and styles for sub-menu headings in app settings.
• Update color resources to support light and dark themes.
