On Android, notifications increase each time a message is sent

On Android, sending messages can trigger duplicated notifications.
Steps to reproduce
- Send a message from Android device A to Android device B
- 1 notification triggered on Android device B
- Android device B has 1 message in conversation history
- Send a message from Android device A to Android device B
- 2 notifications triggered on Android device B
- Android device B has 2 messages in conversation history
Current behavior
The number of notifications triggered seems to increase along the conversation's history size.
Expected behavior
One received message should trigger one notification. Do not re-notify for already received messages.
