Jami don't ring / no notification

If the phone is locked (all battery optimisations are desactivate) there no notification if someone call.

Do you use push notifications ? Even without battery optimisations, you need to activate push notifications or the permanent notification to avoid android to kill the app.

Yes, in fact I'm currently trying jami/ring because I'm bored of riot android who have the same issue since june 18 Theses 2 projects are great, and ui is lot more user friendl on jamy. Sadly I think it'll be too late when they will be fully usable

I'm not sure if this is the same bug I'm experiencing. On one of my phones (Wileyfox Swift, LineageOS 15.1) I get no ring tone when someone is calling. (App is running in foreground.)

Do you have the advanced dhtproxy setting enabled? If yes, it may be related to https://git.ring.cx/savoirfairelinux/ring-client-android/issues/552
