[F-Droid]Jami UI doesn't start

- Device model: Moto G Play

Steps to reproduce

Can you reproduce the bug: [at will | occasionally | not at all]

Steps:
- Update Jami from F-Droid

Seeing this UI for indefinite time.

Expected result: Jami should open after finite amount of time.
Additional information
I've tried everything from force stop, clear cache to reboot the phone but none of them worked and keep seeing this continuously. Although, Jami is running perfectly fine in background. Here Jami connectivity log collected by using NetGuard:
I've also tried after disabling NetGuard but didn't worked.
