[Feature request] Option to compress media files

It would be great to have the option to reduce quality of media files and compress them more in order to reduce transfer time

I would like this for video and audio chat if is not done.

But I would like this for all files transferred. To compress the file, send it and then the reciever and decompress the file.

For file transfers I would like to suggest using GZ 7Zip. GZ is already used in Jami for exporting accounts so GZ might be the easiest.

Having an option to reduce the quality of images and video is not a bad idea. But I like that jami take advantage of the p2p network and send the images in original size. For work is very good and i not need use a email for send heavy files.

If implemented this must be an option. Lot of people don't like software that modify the files quality (and I don't like it).

I close this issue as this is not planned for now, so this can take months/years to be implemented.
